Questions
Before you book
Can I bring my own crew and gear?+
Yes. Most bookings bring their own team. If you'd rather not haul it, our camera, lighting and audio inventory is available to rent on site, and our production crew can be quoted with the room.
Do I need insurance?+
A certificate of insurance is welcome but not required for the room itself. Rented equipment needs either insurance or a deposit, which we'll explain in your quote. Everyone signs an equipment use waiver.
What about load-in and parking?+
Two loading bay doors and a ramp open onto the lot, with 15 spaces that fit vans, trailers and a bus. Load-in time counts toward your booking, so plan for it.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel five or more full days before your reservation and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside five days the deposit is kept, since the date has been held for you.
Can we leave the set up overnight?+
Yes, on multi-day bookings. Tell us in the form and we'll quote it as a hold.
How many people can be in the room?+
Up to 70. For events over 50, mention it in the notes so we can plan parking and access.
Is there a PA or a stage?+
Both are available on request. Ask in the notes and we'll include them in the quote.
